TULIPS, COLOR, AND SPRING BEAUTY
Keukenhof
Keukenhof, also known as the“Garden of Europe,” is just a 12-kilometer bike ride from our park, right in the heart of the Bulb Region. Every spring, no fewer than 7 million flower bulbs of 800 different varieties bring color to the gardens of Keukenhof. Stroll past ponds and streams, admire the windmill, or take shelter from the rain in one of the covered pavilions filled with orchids and lilies. Keukenhof is open from mid-March to mid-May. Outside of this period, Keukenhof is closed.

Every spring, more than 800 varieties of tulips bring color to the 32-hectare gardens.
Enjoy yourself even when it rains: admire orchids, lilies, and unique floral arrangements all under one roof.
Climb the traditional windmill for a panoramic view of the tulip fields.
Stroll along ponds and small ditches, or find a quiet bench under an old tree.
