Departure
On the day of departure check out before 10 o'clock.
- Leave the accommodation tidy and clean.
- Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
- take the waste to the reclycling area (milieustraat on the map)
- Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it in a pillowcase

Check-in is possible from 15.00 hrs. Minimum age to check in is 18 years.
Check out is before 10.00 hours.
Parking
The car can be parked at the accommodation or at the designated parking spaces.
Barrier
Please report to the reception if the barrier does not open. Is your license plate not registered beforehand and is the reception closed? Please park your car outside the park. Access is closed to unregistere license plates after 9 p.
Driving rules
The maximum permitted speed is 10 km/h. Please follow the traffic signs on the premises. Also for cyclists and other vehicles.
The use of your car is only allowed from the entrance to your accommodation and vice versa.
Pets
Pets are allowed on our park (only on request), but please do not let them cause nuisance to fellow guests.
Dogs must be kept on a leash on the premises and walked outside. A maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation is allowed. Pets are not allowed in the public areas (swimming pool, laundrette, etc).
Visit
Visitors are allowed. Please report them at the reception.
Rubbish
Keep the accommodation and the park clean. Rubbish can be deposited in the appropriate containers.
Wifi
There is free wifi available. If you are staying in a holiday home, the wifi code will be available for you in the house. If you have any questions, please contact the reception.

Checking in at EuroParcs Noordwijkse Duinen
At EuroParcs Noordwijkse Duinen, you are very welcome to enjoy a relaxing stay among the dunes, close to the coast. During the reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park reception.
Are you arriving outside reception opening hours? Please contact the reception in advance and let us know your expected arrival time. This helps us ensure that your arrival goes as smoothly as possible.
We recommend checking your accommodation and the available inventory immediately upon arrival to make sure everything is complete and there is no damage. If you notice anything that is not right with the inventory, cleaning or the accommodation itself, please report this to the reception within 2 hours of arrival.
If any damage occurs or something stops working during your stay, please let the reception know as soon as possible. We will be happy to help you so that you can continue to enjoy your stay.

Leave the accommodation neat and tidy
- Leave the mattress protectors on the beds.
- Leave any rented kitchen and/or bed linen in the hallway of the accommodation.
- Make sure the dishes are clean and have been put back in the kitchen cupboards.
- Empty the refrigerator and set it to setting 1.
- Do not leave any food leftovers behind.
- Dispose of household waste in the designated containers.
- Set the heating to 18 degrees and do not turn off the radiators completely.
- Close all doors and windows and turn off the lights.
- Turn off the television and other appliances.
- Report any damage to the reception.

We could really use your help with this! You can assist by turning off the lights and setting the thermostat to 10 degrees when you’re not around, being mindful of unnecessary water use, and separating your waste as much as possible.

Yes, but you may only use gas or electric barbecues. Via EuroParcs we have a collaboration with A-Z barbecue, through whom you can buy fully equipped barbecue packages. More information can be found in the app or on the website. You can pay for the barbecue packages at the reception.

All our flats have recently been restyled and are all for 4 people. The appartments on the ground floor have a jacuzzi, these are A/B/C and J/K/L.

At our park shop, located in the reception, you can buy fresh rolls every morning from 9 am. We also sell chilled drinks, sandwich fillings, non-food products and other groceries.

Your dog is welcome on our holiday park. Your dog must be kept on a leash on the park. We offer dog poop bags. The dog beach (2.5 km) of Noordwijk runs from the end of the Koningin Astrid Boulevard (exit 1, turn left on the beach) to the 'Katwijk' sign at the northern boundary of Katwijk beach. At the car park near the flats we have 2 charging points for electric cars.

Is holiday park EuroParcs Noordwijkse Duinen fireworks-free?
The use of fireworks is not permitted within our park. For many years, we have consciously chosen to maintain a completely firework-free New Year's celebration, allowing our guests, children and pets to enjoy peace and relaxation.
Due to changes in Dutch legislation, a ban on consumer fireworks will apply from New Year's Eve 2026/2027 onwards. Only Category F1 fireworks (such as sparklers and novelty fireworks) will remain permitted for private use. Professional fireworks displays may still take place where the required permits have been granted.
Please note that our firework-free policy applies only within the boundaries of the park. Outside the park, depending on local regulations and circumstances, professional fireworks displays may take place and permitted F1 fireworks may be used.
Important: No fireworks are permitted within the park, including Category F1 fireworks.
